If you encounter technical issues or have questions about your services, you can easily create a support ticket with us. Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible!

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to "Support"

    • In the main menu, click on Support and select Open New Ticket or Create Support Request.

  3. Choose the category for your ticket

    • Select the appropriate category for your issue, for example:

      • General Support

      • Technical Issue

  4. Fill in the details of your issue

    • Write a clear subject line.

    • Describe your issue in as much detail as possible in the message field.

    • If needed, attach screenshots or files to help us better understand the problem.

  5. Submit your ticket

    • Click Submit to create your support ticket.

What happens next?

  • You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your ticket.

  • One of our support technicians will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

  • You can track the status of your ticket by logging into your account and going to My Tickets.

  • The more information you provide in your ticket, the faster we can help you.

  • Always make sure your email address is up to date so you don’t miss any messages from us.
